What are the PAG-IBIG Housing Loan Requirements?


  • Of course, you need to be an active Pag-Ibig Member with at least 2 years or 24 months contribution. Now did you know you can actually sign-up up to three Pag-Ibig Member in one housing loan? Well, yes, as long as they have the first criteria, they’re eligible to co-loan the housing loan.

  • Should be not older than 65 years old when applying for the loan and shouldn’t be 70 years old at the maturity date. If you are, this voids your eligibility in getting your housing loan. So it would be best to avail your loan as legally young as you can.

  • You should have the capacity to pay, to determine how much loan your eligible depending on your monthly income, there is a Pag-Ibig Amortization Calculator you can check here.
