The National Language Skills Center (NLSC) is offering training for English Proficiency tailored specifically for customer service workers, comprising 100 hours of instruction.
Courses Offered: English Proficiency for Customer Service Workers
Duration: 100 hours (25 days)
Training Schedule: 4 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
- Morning Session: 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen (18) years old and above
- Must be a Filipino Citizen
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum) / Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduate
Requirements:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
- High School or College Diploma / Transcript of Records
