Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Age: 18 to 55 years old
- Willing to commit to 100% attendance
- No history of backing out from previous trainings
- Photocopy of Form 137/137/AF5 (Diploma not accepted)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married women)
- Photocopy of any valid IDs (6 copies)
- Original Barangay clearance (for TESDA training)
- 3 pieces of 1 x 1 photos with a white background, name tag, and collared shirt (For Hilot, Tile, and Call Center)
- 4 pieces of passport-size photos with a white background, name tag, and collared shirt (For Hilot and Tile only)
