- Duration: 40 days (Cookery) and 18 days (Bread & Pastry)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Modality: Blended Learning
- 18 years old and above.
- High school Graduate.
- Not employed or with ongoing applications.
- Not currently studying or a beneficiary of other government scholarship programs.
- Proficient in applications like Google Classroom, Google Drive, Google Meet, and other platforms.
- Access to the internet.
- Owns a mobile phone, computer, or laptop.
- Willing to adhere to TESDA's rules and regulations.

- Birth Certificate (PSA copy) – 1 photocopy
- Marriage Certificate if married
- Form 137 or 138- 1 photocopy - If HS Graduate
- TOR - 1 photocopy - If College graduate/level
- Practicing Covid-19 Certificate
- Passport size w/ name tag – 4 pcs
- 1x1 ID Picture white background – 4 pcs
- Valid ID – 2 photocopy
- Long brown envelope
