The program will take place right here in Paranaque and features a unique blend of learning: 7 days online and 10 days of hands-on driving experience!

- Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for women only)
- Medical Certificate
- High School Graduation Certificate (Form 137/138 or TOR for College; 2 copies)
- 2 pieces of Passport Size ID Picture (White Background, with collar, with name tag)
- Copy of Driver's License or Student Permit
- Long brown envelope
