Requirements:
- Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage certificate (for women only)
- Medical Certificate (Fit to work / Train)
- At least HS Grad - Form 137 / 138 or TOR College (2 copies)
- 2 pieces of PASSPORT size ID picture (White background, with collar, with name tag)
- Copy of Driver's License or Student Permit (mandatory)
- Long Brown Envelope
Training Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm
- 7.1 days Google Meet/online module
- 10 days of actual training
