Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be unemployed, not in education, and not in training
- Filipino Citizen
- At least 18 years old at the time of completing the training program
- At least a High School graduate (old curriculum), K12 graduate, ALS, College Graduate, or College Undergraduate
- Willing to complete the full duration of the training
Requirements:
- Three photocopies of any of the following:
- Transcript of Records (for college graduates/undergraduates)
- Form 138/137 (for 4th Year High School - Old Curriculum/Senior High School Graduate - K12)
- ALS Certificate (old curriculum, high school)
- Diploma
- Three photocopies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate
- Three photocopies of a valid ID with three specimen signatures
- Four 1x1 ID pictures (white background)
- Four passport-sized ID pictures (with name tag, white background, collared shirt)
- One long brown envelope
