The Regional Training Center - NCR in Taguig City is offering Ship's Catering Services NC I (Messman Course) Training under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).

Ship's Catering Services NC I
Document Requirements:
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Marriage Certificate Copy (if applicable)
- Previous School Record Copy (High School or College) - Diploma or TOR
- Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance Copy
- Latest ID Pictures: 4 pcs 1x1 picture (White background, formal attire)
- Copy of valid Gov't Issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
- MARINA Medical Certificate Copy - MLC 2006 - PEME Format
- Passport and/or Seaman's Book Copy
- Basic Training Certificate and/or BT COP Copy
- Sea Services or Certificate of Employment Copy (if available)
Conditional Requirements:
- Must be a High School graduate
- 18 years old and above
- Must have good moral character
- Must be physically and mentally fit as per MLC 2006 Regulation 1.2 - Medical Certificate
- Can communicate in English both orally and written
- 75 slots available
- Enrollment Application submission opens starting May 07, 2024
- Must have a Basic Training Certificate
- First-come, first-served basis
- Must be unemployed/underemployed
