- Filipino Citizen
- At least 18 years old upon completion of the training program
- At least High School graduate (4th year old curriculum) / K12 graduate / ALS / College Graduate / College Undergraduate
- Willing to complete the duration of training
Requirements Needed:
- Transcript of Records (for college graduate/undergraduate)
- Form 138/137 (for 4th Year High school / Senior High school Graduate)
- ALS Certificate/Form 137 (Photocopy)
- Diploma (Photocopy)
- NSO / PSA Certificate (Photocopy)
- Photocopy of Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
- 2 pieces of 1x1 ID Picture (white background)
- 2 pieces of Passport size ID Picture (with nametag, white background, collar)
- Long Brown Envelope
