To enroll, interested individuals must submit the following requirements:

• four passport-size pictures with a white background,
• four 1x1 pictures with a white background,
• a PSA/NSO-issued birth certificate,
• TOR for college graduates,
• Form 137 for SHS graduates,
• a barangay clearance,
• and a long brown envelope.

Enrollment is on a "First-Come First-Served" basis, and reservation calls will not be entertained. Applicants can only be officially enrolled upon submitting complete requirements.
