DRIVING NC II

Qualifications:

• Bonafide resident of Navotas
• 18 years old and above
• at least high school graduate (if from 2018 onwards, must be a graduate of Grade 12) or ALS Certificate Holder (2018 backward)
• must be unemployed or an out-of-school youth
• willing to undergo whole-day training
