Entry Requirements for Assessment:
1. 4pcs. I.D Passport size (white background, with collar, and no nametag)
2. 2 copies Birth Certificate (PSA)
3. Assessment Fee (for-walk-in)
Entry Requirements for training:
1. 4 pcs. latest 1x1 I.D pictures
2. copies Birth Certificate (PSA)
3. 2 copies Diploma/or any school credentials
