Entry Requirements:
At least 18 years of age at the time he/she finishes the training.
Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational scholarship or subsidy program for beneficiaries.

- Gas Metal Arc Welding NC II - 45 days
- Bread and Pastry Production NC II - 24 days

Entry Requirements:
At least Ten (10) years Basic Education including those who are:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum0)
- Senior High Graduate
- Junior High Computer (KAA Curriculum)
- Als Passer (High School Level)
- College Undergraduate
But not college Graduates or Baccalaureate degree holder, or National Certificate Level III Holder

- 1 Photocopy of Diploma
- 2 Photocopies of Birth Certificate
- 3 Pcs. 1x1 ID Picture (with collar, white background, no Nametag)
- 3 Pcs Passport size ID Picture (with collar, white background, no Nametag)
