Told by Friends to Use Money for Business, Guy Chooses to Build Dad’s Dream House

Working as a property specialist for a real estate company, one guy was told by friends to use his earnings for business to grow his money, but he chose to build his dad’s dream house, instead. This earned him much praise from netizens who took his side and agreed that a business would give him more money, but his choice is better because it’s pure love…

A Property Specialist at Avida Land Corp., RanDy N. Oliverio shared that he grew up in a nipa hut whose roof would leak each time it would rain.

As a child, he had seen his father draw plans for their future home; one that does not leak and actually has a second floor with a terrace. For the poor family, it was a beautiful dream; but they had no idea that it would actually come true!

Growing up in San Antonio, Northern Samar, Oliverio found his luck in Manila where he now works.

Each time his friends ask where he invested his earnings, he would tell them it’s in his dad’s dream house. They often tell him that he’s making a mistake because a house in the province won’t have any return on investment (ROI), but for Oliverio, seeing the big smiles on his parents’ faces is the best ROI he could ever receive!

Oliverio wrote on his Facebook account:
God is Good talaga.

He’s truly an inspiration.
