Simply because they are fishes, we think that they are healthy. However, not all fishes are good for the body. Eating farmed fishes like Tilapia is worse than eating bacon. A study has also found that farm fishes carry diseases and parasites that even chemicals cannot kill.

Tomato sauce is widely used in many recipes and while it can be good because it contains iron, and Vitamins C and A, you need to know that commercially available tomato sauce contain sodium. It will be better if you make your own tomato sauce at home.
